HOTEL RESERVATION
The TEA negotiated exclusive rates and made block
booking for the participants of ICE-TEA 2010 and accompanying persons at the 5
star Acapulco Hotel. The Convention Center of this hotel is the venue for the
conference. Reduced rates apply for up to 11 nights during August 28 – September
7, 2010.
Hotel reservation can be made by submitting the online Hotel
Reservation
Form. In case electronic reservation is not possible, these forms
can be faxed or sent by post to the
Congress
Secretariat.
Acapulco Hotel rates, provided in the table below, are full board (covering
breakfast, lunch and dinner) per night fees inclusive of taxes and service
charges

* For children aged 4-12, the fee is 50% of those listed. There is no fee for
children aged 0-3.
Hotel reservations will be made on first-come, first served basis. At the
Acapulco Hotel, reservations can be made for bungalows, as well as hotel rooms.
Hotel fees are payable in Euros by credit cards, mail orders or
bank transfers. Fees paid by bank transfers should be net of bank service
charges. Visa, Euro/Master Card and American Express and Diners cards are
acceptable credit cards.

Cancellation of hotel reservations should be sent in writing by fax or by post
to the Congress
Secretariat. Refund policy for cancellations is as follows;
- Before July 1, 2010; 75% of the fee is refunded
- July 1 – August 15, 2010; 50% of the fee is refunded
- After August 16, 2010; there will be no refunds.
Refunds will be processed after the congress.
